These three questions have made our goal setting process fun and positive and we want to share them with you!
Every month, we have a meeting at Educalme to reflect on what went well and what we would like to improve. This growth mindset activity gives us the time to celebrate our achievements, big and small, (something that we might forget to do otherwise you know, human nature!) and to set our intentions for the coming month.
We make this reflection simple, fun and growth focussed by always answering these 3 questions:
What new habit or mindset have we been experimenting with that we want to continue to work with?
What habit are we recognizing is serving us well that we want to be sure to keep?
What habit or mindset is no longer serving us?
We’ve made you a worksheet so that you can try this out for yourself and maybe even with your kiddos. We like using this as a Friday afternoon activity in the classroom.
